Intensive In-Home:

Services are home-based mental health services that are designed to assist the youth who have a mental, behavioral or emotional illness which causes significant challenges at home or in the community AND these challenges put them at risk of placement outside of the home in a setting such as a hospital, foster care, juvenile detention, etc.

Outpatient Therapy: 

provides therapeutic intervention to people of all ages. FOOTPRINT'S outpatient counseling uses treatment and interventions to increase the strengths and resources of each individual served. Outpatient counseling is for individuals dealing with anxiety, mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. This program empowers individuals to begin the recovery process.

EAP

is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.

Mentoring Functions:

Teaches the mentee about a specific issue. Coaches the mentee on a particular skill. Facilitates the mentee’s growth by sharing resources and networks. Challenges the mentee to move beyond his or her comfort zone. It creates a safe learning environment for taking risks. Focuses on the mentee’s total development.

Tutoring:

The purpose of tutoring is to help students help themselves, assisting them to become independent learners and thus no longer needing a tutor. This is achieved by helping students improve their learning strategies in order to promote independence and educational empowerment.

Training:

is an educational process that involves the sharpening of skills, concepts, changing of attitude, and gaining more knowledge to enhance the performance of the employees.  Also, involves improving the effectiveness of organizations and the individuals and teams within them.
